Fun Easter

Special Thanks to Yue,
if not you, popped up the easter eggs topic
I wouldn't have myself dedicated to trying those fun stuffs
wouldn't have so much fun from making all kinds of things
I'd love to thank you by the peepshi

Peepshi
It's not origin from me( I am not that creative),
But I made wasabi from green peeps( this is invented by me), and I made Rice Crispy treats from Rice Crispy , so that it was easier for me to shape the 'sushi rice'

Ginger Mango Glazed ham with Parsnip-carrot puree, hazelnut butter green beans

At last,  I want to tell everyone, if you can't find your bunny, remember to look up at the moon, she probably will be there :)

  1. I bought a dozen eggs and coloring dye (and stickers!) but this weekend was too busy and I didn't want my kids to get the dye everywhere :(

I think I will be eating omelettes and quiche and fritattas and egg salad every day for the next week... (need some eggs?)

  2. I am actually allergic to eggs, can't eat too much, did you notice I don't really have egg dish?
as for my eggs, some were ruined in BBQ, those with shells will be sitting in the re fridge until die
BTW, next year you may want to try those natural colors, much more healthy for kids

  3. indeed, I'll definitely try them - they're probably a lot easier to wash, too!

Too bad about being allergic! I didn't notice since I don't use them for much myself, except pancakes and occasionaly omelettes or scrambled eggs (scrambled if I mess up the omelette)

BTW, I know it sounds strange, but if you feel bad about throwing out the eggs, they *will* be eaten by local wildlife: raccoons, crows, rats and even squirrels will all eat eggs. Perhaps you could chop them up and throw them out for the animals?

On the other hand, I actually really like hard boiled eggs myself and would be happy to take them.

I will leave them in the backyard and track how they will be eaten!
