A play about spring

Golden beets, pear red beets puree, dill oil, beet emulsion, walnut dill arugula salad with truffle vinaigrette

Slow cook beet, Lemon ice cream, baby kiwi, fig balsamic syrup, basil lemon syrup

It looks like everybody is cheered up by the warm weather, so we are uplifting  each other. This is the spring from my note book:
